The EPA recently announced a series of listening sessions on its proposal to repeal the Clean Power Plan. One of the sessions will be held in Gillette on Tuesday, March 27 at the Gillette College Tech Center, from 9 AM - 8 PM.
Wyoming is the largest coal producing state in the country, and many economists have predicted between a 25 and 50 percent hit to coal production in the state if the Clean Power Plan was implemented as written.
