  • Non-members will be charged an additional $175. Speakers, scholars, and students are not required to be members.

Annual Meeting

An overview of what your Board of Directors and Committees have done during the year as well as election of next years’ officers. You will also have a chance to win two FREE “A” packages to the 2018 RMCMI Conference in Vail, CO. Prior winners are not eligible.


A $100 fee will be assessed for cancellations, in writing, received after June 10. No refunds after June 17.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements.

Attire for the conference is casual. Remember a jacket for Colorado weather changes. Appropriate modest attire will be required for the Beach Party. Remember to drink a lot of water during your time at higher elevations.
